Een dag in het leven
Je belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
• Problemen oplossen en processen verbeteren, gericht op het ontlasten van onze productie-, inspectie- en magazijnteams.
• Toepassen en ondersteunen van de implementatie van ons Medtronic Performance System (MPS), waarbij betrouwbaarheid, productiviteit, doorlooptijden, naleving en veiligheid worden geoptimaliseerd.
• Ontwikkelen en toepassen van effectief Tier-management vanuit een verbeteringsperspectief van processen.
• Uitvoeren van Waardestroomanalyses en Zero Loss-initiatieven.
• Praktische ondersteuning bieden - problemen oplossen en structurele verbeteringen doorvoeren.
• Implementeren van procesautomatisering en digitalisering.
• Toepassen van data-analyse en implementeren van data visualisatie.
• Leiden en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten en workshops.

Vereisten
• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Engineering
• 5 tot 7 jaar werkervaring in vergelijkbare rollen in een productieomgeving
• Intrinsiek Lean Six Sigma-toewijding met een bewezen staat van continue verbetering en het behalen van uitstekende prestaties over een industriële waardeketen
• Expertise in het ontwikkelen en visualiseren van op data gebaseerde prestatiebeheerstructuren
• Aantoonbaar succes in het aansturen van verandering en transformatie in een multidisciplinaire organisatie
• Projectleiderschapsvaardigheden: verwachtingen overtreffen en op tijd leveren
• Sterke vaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
• Bereidheid om incidenteel (< 5%) internationaal te reizen naar andere locaties van Medtronic

• Basiskennis van productietechnologie, discrete productie en handmatige assemblageprocessen
• Affiniteit met de medische hulpmiddelenindustrie
• Bij voorkeur een Lean Six Sigma green of black belt en enige kennis van procesautomatisering en digitalisering
• Goede documentatie-, rapportage- en presentatievaardigheden
• Uitgebreide kennis van Office 365 en business intelligence rapportagetools (bijv. Power BI)
