Cyclomedia Technology B.V. is a market and technology leader in large-scale systematic visualization of environments, the creation of precisely positioned 360 panoramic images from public roads (Cycloramas), and the dissemination of aerial images. The in-house developed and patented Cyclorama technology makes it possible to annually produce high-quality panoramic images on a global scale in a highly automated cloud-based processing pipeline and quality control process.

With our advanced recording equipment, we capture data from the real world by car, boat, and even by plane and use it to create valuable insights and data for governments and companies in more than 20 countries. The imagery and data are then displayed in our own Street Smart application which can be connected to several GIS software applications.

In this role you are responsible for the daily management and smooth operations of our computer network. Including installing and managing desktop and laptop computers, servers, smartphones, networks, and IT security systems.

• Supporting, configuring, and maintaining the office network and in-house and cloud servers
• Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• First point of contact for employees regarding IT questions
• Supporting and administering third-party applications
• Setting up user accounts and users, permissions, and passwords
• Managing and maintaining the data systems
• Maintaining and supporting office applications and SharePoint
• Responsible for backing up systems
• Deploying and maintaining global IT policies via Microsoft Intune

Job requirements

• Minimal 3 years experience in an IT environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Service-oriented
• Hands-on experience in networking routing and switching
• Dutch and English language skills
• Office 365 administrator skills
• SharePoint administrator skills
• Advanced Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) skills
• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and servers
• Preferably to have knowlegde of Linux OS, MAC OS and Microsoft Intune
