Job Description

As a rapidly expanding global brand, Rituals is constantly embracing new challenges. In this role as an Indirect Procurement Specialist, you take ownership of specific categories within Marketing, Retail, and Format & Design. You focus primarily on products, with potential to expand into services. For this position we’re looking for a proactive, hands-on multitasker who’s driven to enhance existing processes and optimize how we work.

You’ll be part of the Indirect Procurement team, reporting to the Director of Indirect Procurement. This role involves close collaboration with a range of stakeholders (such as Marketing, Retail, and Format & Design) across different markets, while working alongside Finance, Legal, and Risk & Compliance teams. As a relatively new department (established just four years ago), Indirect Procurement offers many opportunities to make a meaningful impact. A major focus area is achieving operational excellence, where we’re exploring ways to leverage AI to boost both quality and speed across multiple departments.

Your key results areas are:

  • Identifying savings opportunities and optimalisations in collaboration with the business;
  • Advice and support the business in sourcing suppliers, setting up tenders, negotiations, contracting and defining KPI’s;
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance;
  • Looking for continuous improvement and efficiencies in current ways of working and the responsibility to apply them in practice.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar;
  • >2 years work experience in a similar role and preferably similar categories;
  • Indirect Procurement experience is a nice to have;
  • Self starter, enthusiastic, hands-on with a getting the job done mentality;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Service minded;
  • Team player with good communication skills.
