About the position
As our Internal Communications Expert, you will play a key role in shaping the internal communication landscape within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing our internal communications strategy, ensuring that our employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with our company's mission, vision, and values. Working closely with colleagues in the broader Communications team, you will develop, create and produce compelling content for diverse channels, such as newsletters, intranet portals, emails, magazine, podcast, visual thinking, presentations. Additionally, you will be driving digital initiatives such as tools and platforms to optimize communication effectiveness.

You will in this role report to the Chief Corporate Communications Officer and will be an integral part of the Global Communication team at Accell Group. This is a full-time position and you are expected to travel occasionally to our sites in Europe.

Your responsibilities 

Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that is aligned with the overall company communications strategy and objectives. This includes identifying key messages, channels, and create content and actions to effectively reach and engage our employees; Develop and implement Employer Branding approach; Ensure that all communication materials creative and clear, concise, and consistent with our brand identity; Serve as a partner in advice and execution Provide strategic and tactical counsel and support to help department heads and factory management effectively communicate with their teams and drive alignment with company objectives; Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and alignment on company-wide initiatives; Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal communications, incorporating new ideas and approaches into our strategy; Oversee reputation management and handle potential issues as they arise; Oversee the use of digital tools and platforms to optimize communication effectiveness; Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the impact of internal communication initiatives.

You thrive in a multicultural and international setting, possessing a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. In addition, we would like to see the following reflected in your profile;

HBO or University degree in Communications, Journalism or another relevant area (e.g. Economics, Business); A substantial track record of achievement in an internal communications role; Extensive knowledge on methods to influence and sustain culture change and the way in which communication and colleague engagement supports this; Proven ability to partner and collaborate with others at all levels within the organization, including senior leaders, employees and external stakeholders; Extensive experience of advising and influencing senior stakeholders and working in a matrix environment; Extensive understanding of integrated communication and experience in the conception and implementation of content creation, internal communication campaigns and measures; Excellent oral and written proficiency in Dutch and English.
