Voor ons Benelux Change Team (onderdeel van Operations) zijn wij op zoek naar een:

Business Analyst / Project Manager Benelux (gn)

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor strategische projecten die worden gedreven door innovatie en digitalisering. Hierbij draag je bij aan het identificeren van nieuwe kansen en het operationeel realiseren hiervan. Deze rol vraagt dat je analytisch sterk en zelf-startend bent, uitblinkt in stakeholdermanagement en dat je een intrinsieke motivatie hebt om processen te verbeteren met out of the box business solutions.

De focus zal in de eerste twee jaar liggen op het ondersteunen van de bouw van een nieuw core systeem alsmede het ondersteunen van doorlopende initiatieven en systemen.

Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden

Je managet projecten en motiveert projectteamleden, sponsors en andere stakeholders om ervoor te zorgen dat resultaten met hoge kwaliteit, op tijd en binnen budget worden behaald. Planning, uitvoering en levering van strategische projecten om onze doelstellingen op een efficiënte wijze te realiseren voor zowel onze verzekerden en makelaars als onze interne afdelingen. Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan innovatie en optimalisatie van processen en producten op basis van analyses (adviserend en uitvoerend) en stimuleert daarmee continue verbetering. In samenwerking met andere afdelingen - zoals Underwriting, Sales, Policy Admin, Marketing en Claims - ontwikkel je business cases en passende oplossingen om kansen te identificeren en te implementeren. Je produceert en beheert proactief projectplannen, risico’s/oplossingen en rapportages. Je beheert en ondersteunt projecten die onderdeel zijn van de Benelux en Europese initiatieven op het gebied van verandermanagement. Je maakt besluitmodellen en business cases ten behoeve van strategische veranderingen. Je maakt managementrapportages en geavanceerde analyses.

Functie eisen

Een afgeronde universitaire opleiding in economie/handel/finance, bedrijfskunde, IT of een soortgelijk studie. Ook bèta studies met bijvoorbeeld een wiskundige of natuurkundige achtergrond volstaan); Minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol; Ervaring in de financiële sector is een pre; Affiniteit met data gedreven projecten; Affiniteit met IT projecten (ervaring met de agile project management tool Jira is een pre); Ervaring op het gebied van business consulting, project management, proces analyse en/of verandermanagement; Het vermogen om processen te begrijpen vanuit klantperspectief; Analytisch sterk en hoge affiniteit met cijferkundige vraagstukken (gevorderde kennis van MS Excel is vereist); Ervaring met het maken van data analyses; Beschikt over een goede balans tussen expertise en gezond verstand; In staat om heldere probleemanalyses te maken en vervolgacties te bepalen; Sterk in prioriteitenstelling en het onderscheiden van hoofd- en bijzaken; Uitmuntende teamspeler; Representatief en in staat om een goed gesprek te voeren met inlevingsvermogen; Uitstekende Engelse en Nederlandse of Franse taalvaardigheid zowel in woord als geschrift.

Business Analyst / Project Manager Benelux (gn)

À ce poste, vous êtes responsable de projets stratégiques axés sur l'innovation, la numérisation et la conformité. Vous contribuez à identifier de nouvelles opportunités et à les rendre opérationnelles. Ce rôle nécessite que vous soyez analytiquement fort et autonome, que vous excelliez dans la gestion des parties prenantes et que vous ayez une motivation intrinsèque pour améliorer les processus avec des solutions commerciales prêtes à l'emploi.

Au cours des deux premières années, l'accent sera mis sur le soutien à la construction d'un nouveau système de base ainsi que sur le soutien aux initiatives et aux systèmes en cours.

Responsabilités générales

Vous gérez des projets et motivez les membres de l'équipe de projet, les sponsors et les autres parties prenantes pour garantir que des résultats de haute qualité sont atteints dans les délais et dans les limites du budget. Planification, exécution et livraison de projets stratégiques (liés aux données) pour atteindre nos objectifs de manière efficace tant pour nos courtiers que pour nos services internes. Vous apportez une contribution importante à l'innovation et à l'optimisation des processus et des produits sur la base d'analyses, tant consultatives qu'exécutives, stimulant ainsi l'amélioration continue. En collaboration avec d'autres départements - tels que le Sales, Policy Administration, Marketing et Claims - vous développez des analyses de rentabilisation et des solutions appropriées pour identifier et mettre en œuvre les opportunités. Vous produisez et gérez de manière proactive des plans de projet, des risques/solutions et des rapports. Vous gérez et accompagnez des projets qui s'inscrivent dans les initiatives Benelux et européennes dans le domaine de la conduite du changement. Vous élaborez des modèles de décision et des analyses de rentabilisation pour les changements stratégiques. Vous faites des rapports de gestion et des analyses avancées.

Niveau et compétences

Une formation universitaire complétée en économie/commerce/finance, administration des affaires, informatique ou une étude similaire. Des études scientifiques avec, par exemple, une formation en mathématiques ou en physique sont également suffisantes) ; Au moins 2 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans un rôle similaire ; Une expérience dans le secteur financier est un plus ; Affinité avec les projets axés sur les données ; Affinité avec les projets informatiques (une expérience avec l'outil de gestion de projet agile Jira est un avantage); Expérience en conseil aux entreprises, gestion de projet, analyse de processus et/ou gestion du changement est un plus; La capacité de comprendre les processus du point de vue du client ; Solides compétences analytiques et grande affinité avec les chiffres (une connaissance avancée de MS Excel est requise); Expérience dans la réalisation d'analyses de données ; Possède un bon équilibre entre expertise et bon sens; Capable de faire des analyses de problèmes claires et de déterminer des actions de suivi; Fort dans la hiérarchisation et la distinction entre les problèmes principaux et secondaires ; Excellent esprit d'équipe; Représentant et capable d'avoir une bonne conversation avec empathie; Excellentes compétences linguistiques en français, néerlandais et anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
