Job Description

Quality Engineer

You will support the Plant Manager with QMS & GMP program for site. Ensuring all customer complaints are investigated, review and prepare reports for customer complaints within the designated time frame. Support all internal / external compliance & customer audits.

Major/Key Accountabilities

Support all the activities associated with QMS & GMP program.Support internal / external compliance audits (BRC, ISO, FDA & Customer)Complete investigations reports for customer complaints, keep clear records of current and historical data.Support & lead weekly Customer Complaint review meeting in absence of manager.Support the management & controls of all site quality documentationLead the GMP audits throughout siteOwn all the activities concerning pest control.Have ownership concerning PQS and other quality related trainings. Make sure the workforce is trained in the respective subject on time.Ensure testing of containers in line with the current quality validation and verification plan for allergens, pathogens, swab testing and wetness testing.HACCP Lead for plant.Perform regular product audits.
