Mainfreight is een wereldwijde logistiek dienstverlener die klant specifieke en bij voorkeur geïntegreerde warehousing, transport- en distributieoplossingen biedt voor haar klanten. 

Functieomschrijving

Jij zorgt voor de snelle en complete afhandeling van transportopdrachten. Binnen ons kleine team krijg je volop mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren. Je onderhoudt goede contacten met interne en externe klanten en zorgt voor een efficiënte planning van distributieritten in Brabant.


Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Afhandelen van binnenkomende en uitgaande transportopdrachten;
  • Onderhouden van korte communicatielijnen met chauffeurs, operationele teams, sales en andere branches;
  • Veelvuldig contact met externe klanten zoals agenten en vervoerders om vragen te beantwoorden en problemen op te lossen;
  • Plannen van distributieritten in regio Brabant en deze zo efficiënt mogelijk uitvoeren;
  • Up-to-date houden van het transport management systeem en verbeteren van processen bij onregelmatigheden.

Functie-eisen
  • Inlevingsvermogen en passie voor klanttevredenheid;
  • Stressbestendig en het hoofd koel houden bij drukte;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels;
  • Flexibiliteit in werktijden (tussen 08:00 en 22:00 uur);
  • Analytisch vermogen en goede kennis van Word, Excel en PowerPoint.

  • Vakantiegeld van 8%;
  • Vrijheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen bij Mainfreight met gebruik van het opleidingsbudget van €2500 per jaar via STL;
