Als Payroll Client Service Specialist sta je aan de frontlinie van klanttevredenheid. Je biedt niet alleen vakinhoudelijke en technische ondersteuning, maar adviseert ook proactief over salaris- en gerelateerde zaken. Met jouw commerciële flair breng je salesleads aan en ondersteun je de verkoopafdeling. Door Lost Business indicatoren te signaleren en te rapporteren, stuur je daarnaast het groeitraject bij. En samen met jouw team streef je constant naar procesoptimalisatie en workflowverbeteringen. Ben jij klaar om service naar nieuwe hoogten te tillen?

Daar twijfelen wij niet aan. Dankzij jouw passie voor het salaris vak en klantgerichte mindset, begin je direct met een goede binnenkomer. Daarnaast heb jij een MBO4 diploma op zak, een Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie van Vakopleiding Payroll Services. Ook heb je HBO werk- en denkniveau, minimaal twee jaar ervaring in klantenservice binnen een B2B omgeving en kennis van de huidige wet- en regelgeving, CAO’s en branche specifieke regelingen. Bovendien spreek en schrijf je vloeiend Nederlands en uitstekend Engels.
