  • Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, encompassing both container and road transport.
  • Direct and maintain communication with carriers, forwarders, shipping companies, and warehouses.
  • Foster close collaboration with traders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare outgoing invoices and handle incoming invoices efficiently.
  • Verify and review shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle the processing of letters of credit and documentary collections.

  • Minimum of HBO (higher professional education) level and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Incoterms and familiarity with customs and freight documentation.
  • Excellent command of both English and Dutch languages, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and precision with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to team efforts, reporting to the Logistics Manager.
  • Exhibits a high level of responsibility and accountability.
