What impact will you make?
Voor het M&A Legal team zijn wij op zoek naar een Manager. Recent heeft het team de samenwerking met Deloitte Corporate Finance geïntensiveerd, waardoor het operationeel/organisatorisch één team is en een geïntegreerd M&A product aan klanten kan aanbieden. De mogelijkheid van het aanbieden van een one-stop-shop aan klanten – met o.a. juridisch advies, Corporate Finance begeleiding, financieel/Tax/Legal due diligence diensten en post-merger integration services – is uniek in Nederland.
Voor onze M&A klanten fungeer je als Manager als het onmisbare eerste aanspreekpunt. Ook ben je de deskundig adviseur in alle fases van een M&A transactie. Voor de junior collega’s in het M&A team ben je dé vraagbaak en je helpt hen in hun ontwikkeling, zodat zij maximaal kunnen presteren. Daarnaast zal je ook nauw betrokken worden bij business development voor nieuwe projecten en klanten en het presenteren van onze one-stop-shop propositie aan de markt.

zorgen dat het M&A proces soepel en efficiënt georganiseerd is, onder andere door actief samen te werken met de diverse betrokken Deloitte disciplines binnen een transactie;
actieve betrokkenheid bij business development, waaronder het identificeren van kansen in de markt en het onderhouden van het nationale en internationale netwerk van het M&A Legal team;
aansturen en opleiden van de junioren in het M&A Legal team;
meehelpen bij het identificeren en uitbouwen van business opportunities in de markt;.

een afgeronde wo-opleiding Nederlands Recht;minstens 5-8 jaar werkervaring als advocaat of jurist;relevante werkervaring op het gebied van fusies en overnames;een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.(W)here
Jouw expertise deel je met zo'n 80 andere collega's in het Legal-team dat onderdeel is van Deloitte Tax & Legal. Ons team is een internationale juridische service provider en werkt aan zaken die naast juridische aspecten ook tax of consulting vragen bevatten. We geven advies en begeleiden klanten bij een veelheid aan vraagstukken, bijvoorbeeld ten aanzien van herstructureringen, IP & IT en compliance.
Dit team loopt voorop als het gaat om Legal Tech en een internationale en multidisciplinaire aanpak. Jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling en groei staan daarbij centraal.
