  • Input on plans, align processes, steps, and tooling
  • Prepare and execute test plans, perform complex analyses
  • Focus on calibration activities for engines and aftertreatment systems
  • Document and evaluate test results
  • Coordinate test setup and execution
  • Develop new test procedures
  • Supervise processes to achieve project objectives
  • Improve test efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate in project teams

Functie-eisen
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with mechatronics experience
  • Knowledge of internal combustion engines and sub-systems
  • In-depth knowledge of modern control strategies and electronics
  • Familiarity with thermodynamics and fluid dynamics preferred
  • Skilled in measurement techniques for temperature, pressure, flow, and data analysis
  • Enthusiastic about solving technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive and professional
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in English, willing to learn Dutch
