Functiebeschrijving

In deze dynamische functie coördineer je de planning van inkomende zendingen en voer je ondersteunende taken uit voor uitgaande zendingen, waaronder het regelen van transport binnen de gestelde richtlijnen. In deze rol heb je veelvuldig contact met belanghebbenden binnen en buiten de organisatie. Een essentieel aspect van de functie is het intern communiceren van de status van zendingen door vragen via e-mail en/of telefoon te beantwoorden. Het handhaven van klanttevredenheid en opvolging zijn belangrijke drijfveren, en ervoor zorgen dat klanten de best mogelijke ervaring hebben, moet een van je motivaties zijn.

  • Klantenservice
  • Beheren van communicatie met interne en externe belanghebbenden, inclusief klanten
  • Dagelijkse planning van inkomende en uitgaande zendingen en waar nodig aanpassingen doorvoeren
  • Contact houden met vervoerders over de status van zendingen, tracers starten en/of claims indienen
  • Opsporen van vertragingen in zendingen
  • Organiseren van ophaal- en bezorgdiensten naar onze laboratoria
  • Bewaken van alle relevante e-mailboxen
  • Delen van KPI's, data en prestaties met interne belanghebbenden om verbeteringen te stimuleren en de klantervaring te optimaliseren
  • Organiseren van transport van en naar onze klanten, inclusief het beheren van de inkomende dockplanning
  • Aanmaken van douanedocumenten en ondersteuning bieden bij eventuele fysieke controles door de douane
  • Signaleren van eventuele afwijkingen en ondersteunen bij het oplossen ervan

Functie-eisen

Als je in aanmerking wilt komen voor deze uitdagende functie, dien je het volgende mee te brengen:


  • Ervaring in klantenservice binnen een logistieke omgeving is vereist.
  • Bekendheid met Microsoft Office Suite, ERP-systemen en andere automatiseringssoftware.
  • Ervaring in de gezondheidszorg is een pluspunt.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
