As aproduction technician you will:

  • Fabricate various UAV components using materials likesheet metals, fittings, composites, electronics, and plastics,involving tasks such as drilling, sealing, welding, wiring, andconnecting components based on specifications
  • Assemble, integrate, and install UAVcomponents and systems following work instructions and engineeringLooking for a hands-on role in a high-tech environment? As aProduction Technician, you’ll be drawings, including mechanical,electrical, and electronic system integration into the UAV airframe
  • Perform quality checks autonomously atdifferent production stages, following quality guidelines to ensurecomponents and subsystems meet specifications, and address anydefects or discrepancies
  • Conduct tests andcalibration on UAV systems to verify their performance andfunctionality, testing mechanical, electrical, and electronicsystems and assemblies
  • Diagnose andtroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with UAVsystems, repairing or replacing faulty components to ensure properfunctionality
  • Register and maintain records ofmanufacturing processes, assembly procedures, quality inspections,repairs, and document any modifications or repairs made to UAVsystems
  • Identify and implement processimprovements by collaborating with team leads and engineers toenhance manufacturing efficiency and optimize production workflows
  • Adhere to safety standards and industryregulations, following safety protocols throughout themanufacturing process

  • Gross salary arebetween €3200,- and €3700,- per month

  • Full-time job of 40 hours aweek

Functie-eisen
  • A  high school diploma
  • At leasttwo year(s) of experience working in the field of manufacturingoperations
  • Knowledge of health & safetystandards, environment regulations, regulatory compliance, andethical considerations associated with aerial military vehicles
  • Availability of 40 hours per week 
  • Familiar with UAV platforms, components, andsubsystems and understand the principles of flight control systems,avionics, navigation systems, communication systems, and payloadintegration


Living near Noord-Brabant is a bonus but notmandatory
