Job Description

We are looking for operators in a 3-shift system. Do you already have experience in this field and are you ready for the next step? Or do you have experience in production, warehouse, or logistics work and want to be trained as an operator? Then our client in Waalwijk is the right place for you

At the company, it's all about fresh vegetables and fruit. These are brought directly from the land to the factory in Waalwijk. There, they are cleaned, sorted, packaged, frozen, and stored. As an operator on the production line, you are responsible for this process together with your colleagues. You supervise the line, guide new team members, and ensure that the machines are properly installed, operated, and maintained. You identify any bottlenecks and make timely adjustments. In addition, you instruct colleagues for optimal process flow. Together with the team of operators, you participate in work meetings and improvement projects.

Your tasks include:

  • Monitoring the planning;
  • Recognizing and remedying deviations within the process;
  • Performing quality controls;
  • Resolving and preventing malfunctions;
  • Ensuring safety, order, cleanliness, and hygiene at the workplace.

Working hours:

You work in a 3-shift system, where you alternate between morning (06:00-14:00), afternoon (14:00-22:00), and night shifts (22:00-06:00). For this, you receive an attractive shift allowance

Job Requirements

The operator we are looking for needs a dose of eagerness to learn along with a great sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality In addition, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a logistics worker or production worker or warehouse worker
  • Some experience in the food industry is a plus but not required


Salary and Benefits

In addition to a dynamic work environment with committed colleagues and an open atmosphere, you will receive from our client:

  • A good salary ranging from €2794 - €3416 gross per month excluding shift allowance;
  • A shift allowance of 18.2%;
  • Prospects of a permanent contract;

  • Travel allowance from 10 km or the possibility of a bicycle plan.
