Job description Position Overview: We are seeking an Electrical Designer to join our team at Amaris Consulting. As an Electrical Designer you will play a pivotal role in the specification, design, and realization of cutting-edge mechatronic solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass the electrical and software control aspects of high-end equipment and products. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the swift and efficient delivery of innovative solutions to our valued customers. Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset to understand and address customer needs effectively
  • Develop work breakdowns and detailed plans for individual tasks, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within established timelines
  • Utilize your technical knowledge for electrical cabinet design and interfacing with equipment or machinery
  • Apply expertise in electrical components for industrial automation
  • Implement motion control solutions, particularly servo technology
  • Create detailed wirings for cabling, field boxes, and electrical cabinets
  • Develop test specifications and execute comprehensive testing processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulations for developing medical equipment
  • Utilize EPlan for electrical design
  • Travel up to 25% for project-related activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management and delivering customer-focused solutions
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation and motion control technologies
  • Experience with CE, EMC and UL regulations
  • It would be a preference when you have experience in working with Microsoft Visio
  • Willingness to work at the customer location
