Dit ga je doen als Senior Data Analist

Als Data Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opleveren van analytics projecten, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband met andere consultants. Afhankelijk van je ervaringsniveau, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van kleine teams van collega's tijdens de uitvoering. Tijdens een project maak je slim gebruik van de beschikbare data van de klant en vul je deze zo nodig aan met aanvullende data.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

Opleveren van analytics projecten in het descriptive en diagnostic analyse vakgebied Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van analytics benaderingen om de uitdagingen van de klant op te lossen De behoeften van de klant signaleren en deze binnen de projectscope implementeren Begeleiding en ondersteuning bieden aan de klant of je BearingPoint collega’s bij het implementeren van de uitkomsten van een analyse Helpen bij het coachen en ontwikkelen van junior collega's in het D&A-team, ook buiten de context van een project Hiaten identificeren in de data & analytics capaciteiten van de klant en deze proactief aanpakken, mogelijk als voorwaarden voor de voortgang van de oorspronkelijke analytics projecten.

Hier herken je jezelf in

Je hebt een afgeronde master in bijvoorbeeld Wiskunde, Natuurkunde, Econometrie, Operationele Research, Business Analytics, Data Science of een andere studie waar statistiek een belangrijk onderdeel was. 2-5 jaar ervaring als Data Analist, BI Expert of vergelijkbare rollen Een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding Kennis van en praktische ervaring met analytische technieken, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot data-analyse, data mining en datavisualisatie Ervaring met business intelligence tools zoals PowerBi, QlikSense of Tableau Ervaring met SQL of de bereidheid dit in de eerste maanden van je dienstverband te leren Ervaring met Python of R is een pre Ervaring in een consultancy rol is een pre Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling)
