You can imagine that such a gigantic company needs a lot of manpower to keep everything running smoothly. This is where you come in.
Interesting What will I be doing?
As an Offshore Process Operator, you'll have a dynamic role, operating from two sides of the coin. Onshore, you’ll be in the Central Control Room, keeping an eye on the offshore platforms and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll handle gas sales, making sure we meet our delivery agreements. Offshore, you’ll lead the Flying Squad, handling problems and maintenance on the platforms. You'll ensure operations are safe and environmentally friendly, prepare for interventions, guide your team, manage incidents with the onshore emergency team, approve work permits, and stay in touch with the control room and onshore team.

Alright, we get to the point now. You are a European resident with no need for a work and residence permit. With your technical experience, you know how to lead a team both in preparation and at critical moments. When you're relying on each other, your social skills come to the fore, and you make well-considered decisions. Your years of experience in this industry shine through, and you're familiar with the offshore sector from your previous work. You live reasonably close to Den Helder or could relocate there. And that might just be worth it for this job. Last but not least you’re fluent in English, and if you speak some Dutch, even better
