Our client is a major playerin the food industry. They produce different kinds ofmeat products from grill sausage, pork to filetamerican and these are delivered to several large supermarketchains throughout the Netherlands.

As a newcolleague you will be working in a pleasant and multicultural teamof about 200 colleagues who, just likeyou, put their best foot forward every day and are eager to helpeach other. Within the team, mainly English and Dutch isspoken.

You will be working at a largecompany in Zoetermeer where different types of meat products areproduced that the whole of the Netherlands eats on their sandwichevery morning. You can think of grill sausage, minced meat, filetamerican and much more This organization has been active in thefood industry for years and is aregular supplier of various supermarket chains throughout theNetherlands such as Jumbo, Lidl andPlus.

Within this company there isno slaughtering Theslaughtered meat within the production area is only processed intoa final product that ends up in the supermarkets. This means youwill be working in an environment where hygiene (NVWA and BRC) isvery important

As a ProductionEmployee you will work together with your colleaguesto produce various meat products according to the planning. Thefollowing tasks belong to yourfunction:

  • Packaging ofmeat products;
  • Keeping track ofthe production process and assisting wherenecessary;
  • Reading production receipts andplanning;
  • Checking articles forcorrect labels and shelflife;
  • Producing according to theplanning;
  • Supplyingmachines;

You will beworking in a day shift from Monday to Friday. The working hours mayvary due to the supermarket orders. In any case, you will start at06:00 or 07:00 in the morning and endyour day between 15:00and 17:00. After this you can enjoy the weekend andyou are free

  • Living in the areaof Rotterdam, Den Haag, Zoetermeer, Leiden, Waddinxveen, Capelleaan den IJssel, Alphen aan den Rijn orWoerden;
  • Willing to work in a multiculturalteam;
  • Willing to workfulltime and work overtime when there are rushorders;
  • You speak the English orDutch language;
  • Able to performwork at a fast pace;
  • You can bepresent every morning at 06:00 or07:00.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • A gross hourly wagestarting at €14,00 and ends by €15,00 perhour;
  • Theopportunity to grow as a machine or process operatorwith internal training or to follow othercourses;
  • Several perks, such as a year-endbonus and 131% overtime pay for overtimeworked before 06:00 in the morning or after 18:00 inthe evening;
  • Cold surcharge of€0.07 or €0.09 per hour;
