Bij Quatt, specialist in hybride warmtepompsystemen voor duurzame verwarming, zijn we op zoek naar een Manager Installations. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle installatiecapaciteit van Quatt en geef je leiding aan ons eigen installatieteam en partners. Met jouw technische achtergrond en sterke vaardigheden in operationele processen zorg je ervoor dat onze innovatieve technologie optimaal wordt geïnstalleerd bij onze klanten.


Als Manager Installations ben je de schakel tussen onze installateurs en de teams op kantoor. Jouw strategische visie op het installatiedomein stelt jou in staat om problemen op korte termijn op te lossen en problemen op lange termijn te voorkomen. Je stuurt operationele teams aan en bouwt verder aan ons installatieteam, met als doel om het aantal geïnstalleerde warmtepompen te vergroten en bij te dragen aan het doel van Qua het installeren van 3 miljoen warmtepompen voor 2030.


Jouw taken

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van alle installatiecapaciteit van Quatt.

  • Leidinggeven aan en uitbreiden van het installatieteam, inclusief eigen installatieteams en partners.

  • Aansturen van de eigen installatieteams en hun teamleiders.

  • Coördineren van installatiepartners en monitoren van hun werkzaamheden.

  • Leiden van een team van Technische Support Engineers, verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van installatieprocessen, het monitoren en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van installaties.

  • Definiëren en bewaken van KPI's om de klanttevredenheid, kwaliteit en installatiekosten te verbeteren.

  • Zorgen voor een evenwichtige verdeling tussen interne en externe installatiecapaciteit.

  • Garanderen van soepele installatieprocessen en tevredenheid van klanten en installateurs.

  • Handhaven van veiligheidsnormen en voldoen aan certificeringen, zoals VCA en InstallQ.

  • Samenwerken met andere teams binnen Quatt om de processen voortdurend aan te passen en te verbeteren.




  • Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel in mondeling als op schrift.

  • Beschikt over uitgebreide IT-kennis en vaardigheden, met het vermogen om nieuwe systemen moeiteloos aan te leren, te gebruiken en uit te leggen.

  • Ervaring in het werken met operationele teams, bij voorkeur in een tech/start-up of scale-up omgeving.

  • Neemt graag beslissingen en heb de capaciteit om deze zelfstandig te implementeren.

  • In staat om succesvolle partnerships op te bouwen met externe installatiepartners.

  • Expertise in het opzetten en verbeteren van processen.

  • Ruime ervaring in het effectief managen van een groot aantal installateurs
