Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager. In this role you are accountable for the customer order process (portfolio of 100 million liters). You are managing a team of 17 employees (divided over Dordrecht, Poland, Belgrade and Krusevac). The Customer Service Manager is a member of the European SC MT (SCOT).

 

How You’ll Make An Impact

In the role, you would be responsible to:

  • Manage the CSR Europe group and cultivate ownership, passion and drive within a safe atmosphere where people can learn and develop as an individual;
  • Improve business processes CSR to a level off flawless execution and measure performance by clear KPI’s;
  • Participate in cross functional improvement projects representing supply chain, customer service and/or the customer while balancing customer and Valvoline interests;
  • Improve and maintain customer experience and collaborate with the sales team to achieve a high customer satisfaction level;
  • Pro-actively participate in European SC-MT meetings on a strategic level.

 

What You’ll Need

  • Managerial experience within customer service, quality and/or sales related roles;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • High customer awareness and customer oriented;
  • Collaborative attitude, you are a true team player;
  • Good listening skills and team building qualities;
  • Conceptually strong and ability to challenge the status quo.
