Your role involves ensuring the smooth operation ofoutbound logistics and managing all related taskseffectively.

WorkSchedule:

Full-time employment, operating Mondayto Friday with a two-shift rotation on a weeklybasis.

Week 1: 06:00 AM to 15:00PM 

Week 2: 15:00 PM to 12:00 AM(Midnight) 

Weekend Commitment: Requiredtwice a month, with availability on either Saturday orSunday. 

Hourly Wage: €13.88 Gross,excluding Evening and Weekend ShiftAllowances.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • Monitor all pickinglocations and ensure orderliness in pickingprocesses.
  • Prioritize picking tasks based onrequests and provide necessary reports.
  • Manageand monitor action lists, distribute tasks to pickers, and fix anypicking errors.
  • Escalate issues when needed androtate roles in the Outbound department.
  • Act asa key point of contact for Support Customer Service and variousASML departments.
  • Participate in variousmeetings to ensure alignment and process efficiency.

  • Criteria:
    • Strongunderstanding of logisticsprocesses.
    • Proficiency in English (level B),both spoken and written.
    • Ability to read andperform calculations in English.
    • Excellentcomputer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office365.
    • Solid knowledge of warehouse managementsystems and companyproducts.

  • Expectations:

    • Bea motivated team player who can work independently and handlestress effectively.
    • Perform tasks accuratelyand securely.
    • Demonstrate strong organizationaland communication skills to guide colleagues and handleinternal/external communications.
    • Adapt tounforeseen circumstances and manage work distributioneffectively.

Functie-eisen
  • Experience or certification with ElectricPallet Trucks (EPT) and Stackers is desirable but notmandatory. 
  • Prior experience in awarehouse setting is preferred. 
  • Strongorganizational abilities, effective time management, andproficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, arerequired.
  •  Excellent communication skillsin English are essential. A keen eye for detail, adaptability, anda strong focus on accuracy areimportant. 
  • Availability on weekends isrequired. 
  • A willingness to receivetraining for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) isnecessary.
  • Physical endurance is crucial, asthe role involves extended periods of standing, lifting, andperforming repetitive tasks.
