Job Description


Atradius is looking for a seasoned Change Portfolio Management officer in the Project and Process Unit (PPU). The portfolio management officer main responsibility is being in control over the portfolio of programmes and projects, managed from PPU, to keep it aligned with strategic goals and objectives of Atradius. 

Next to this, the portfolio management officer will help to build and implement, in close cooperation with the Manager Portfolio Management, the new change governance process within PPU and related departments, supporting a transformation towards Agile delivery of change within Atradius.

The position is situated within the team Portfolio Management and Project Support (9 fte), consisting of portfolio management (3fte) and project support (6fte). The Portfolio manager reports to the manager portfolio management.

In this position your key responsibilities will be:

Monitor, control and report on projects and programmes within the PPU portfolio. Signalling and reporting of dependencies, risks and issues on (aggregated) portfolio level. Participate in the financial control process on portfolio level. Management and control of the inflow of new initiatives into portfolio, support process of identifying, assessment and alignment to the strategic goals of Atradius. Stakeholder management towards departments interrelated to PPU, being the IT delivery organisation in Atradius and the relevant business owners / - sponsors. Support manager portfolio management in development and implementation of a new, Agile based, change governance for PPU and the interrelated departments. Serve as backup to the manager portfolio management.

What qualification should you have? The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education Proven track record as change portfolio manager, preferably originating from a project management background Proven track record of Agile change delivery, knowledge of Agile tooling is an advantage Experience in working in an international environment with different nationalities/cultures Proficient in English (Dutch and Spanish is an advantage) Willingness to work flexibly (3 days in office)  Occasionally travel
