Let's paint a picture of the role
Aansturen en coördineren van het Internal Technical support team BNL dat technische, commerciële en administratieve ondersteuning biedt aan alle DIY/Trade/ecom verkooppunten inclusief groothandels inclusief alle DIY/Trade/ecom eindklanten van de MSU mbt technische vraagstukken . Bewaken, verbeteren /optimaliseren ,rapporteren +evalueren en afstemmen van de verschillende technische, klachten info gerichte en administratieve processen met alle interne en externe betrokkenen met als doel de geplande omzet mee te genereren, de kosten te bewaken en de klantentevredenheid te waarborgen.
Responsibilities
Aansturen van een team (people management)waarborgen. Voorstellen doen en implementeren m.b.t. proces-verbetering. Opvolgen en bewaken sociale media en intieren nieuwe digitale evoluties. Afstemming met de verschillende departementen. Bewaken klachtenopvolging. Project- management.What do you need to have to be successful in this role?
Opleidingsniveau
HBO + 5 jaar ervaring / WO + 3 jaar ervaring in soortgelijke functie in een commerciële werkomgeving
Ervaring
3 – 5 jaar
Nederlands: Zeer goede kennis schriftelijk en gesproken (dit is een eis).

• Project management ervaring (minimaal 3 jaar ervaring)
• Passie voor verbetering processen vanuit organisatie en de klant en werkt nauw samen met Customer Improvement management
• Situationeel leiding geven/people management skills (op basis van ervaring/trainingen)
• Sociale vaardigheden: teamspeler, stressbestendig, klantvriendelijk (mail/ telefoon), proactief, commercieel, resultaatgericht, positieve klant attitude, analytisch, accuraat, feedback geven & coachen, het in kunnen grijpen bij escalaties, flexibel en planmatig ingesteld
• Kan prioriteiten stellen vanuit strategisch oogpunt en streeft naar zichtbaarheid van het team binnen de organisatie
• Affiniteiten met sociale media en geinteresseerd in de evoluties inzake
• Affiniteietn met techniek , bij voorkeur in de verfwereld (geen showstopper)
• Strategisch en analytisch ingesteld
• Commerciële kennis van alle kanalen + logistieke kennis van alle afspraken met derden partijen
• Bij issues, escalaties durven in te zetten.
