Als Technical Support Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zorgen dat onze geleverde logistieke oplossingen blijven functioneren. Je bent een zelfstandige professional die streeft om de beste te zijn in wat je doet. Je belangrijkste taak is om technische ondersteuning te bieden aan onze klanten en ervoor te zorgen dat hun systemen soepel blijven draaien.
Je rol omvat het oplossen van technische problemen, het beantwoorden van vragen over onze producten en diensten, en het werken met andere teamleden om verbeteringen aan te brengen. Je hebt ook de mogelijkheid om je technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan de groei van ons bedrijf.

Profiel en vaardigheden
- Een ambitieuze MBO plusser met een afgeronde IT-opleiding.
- Je hebt ongeveer 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in een IT-service omgeving;
- Je hebt een service gerichte “hands on” mentaliteit, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed. Duits is zeker een pré;
- Je vindt het leuk om zowel nationaal als internationaal te werken.
- Je beschikt over een goed gevoel voor humor.
