The Junior Designer

We are looking for a exceptional all-round junior designer to join our team. You will be responsible for the design and execution of our website, the UI/UX of our Merch Platform, branding of content in our marketing channels, and merch designs for high end customers and bespoke projects. Monday Merch is a fast-growing scale-up that provides customers with a full-service merch offering.


What you will do

  • Website
    • Building new pages from scratch and/or updating outdated ones (in Framer)
    • Constantly evolving the visual design
    • Overseeing the quality and output of www.mondaymerch.com
    • Work on content-driven sections of the site using the built-in CMS
  • Merch Platform
    • Design and iterate on user-friendly interfaces for the platform (in Figma). 
    • Create intuitive workflows that enhance user experience.
    • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all platform elements.
    • Conduct usability testing and implement feedback to improve platform performance.
    • Collaborate with developers to oversee design implementation and functionality.
  • Marketing Content
    • Design and produce visually compelling assets for email campaigns, social media, and blogs.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns.
    • Design and produce visually compelling assets/templates for email campaigns, social media, and blogs.
    • Create shareable, high-quality visual content for organic growth and brand awareness.
  • Merch Designs 
    • Collaborate with big clients to develop custom, on-brand merch designs.
    • Work on bespoke projects, translating unique customer needs into creative merch designs.
