Jouw Traineeship
De letters SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) zijn bij Renewi van cruciaal belang omdat we streven naar een veilige en duurzame werkomgeving. Veiligheid staat hierbij voorop omdat het waarborgen van de gezondheid en het welzijn van onze medewerkers en klanten essentieel is. Door strikte veiligheidsmaatregelen en continue training minimaliseren we risico’s en proberen we ongevallen te voorkomen. Om dit op al onze locaties in orde te houden hebben we experts nodig die dit coördineren.

Bij Renewi investeren we in jong talent met frisse ideeën. Ons SHEQ-traineeprogramma biedt jou de kans om ‘on the job’ te leren en je zowel professioneel als persoonlijk te ontwikkelen. Het is geen standaardprogramma, maar een individueel traject dat aansluit bij jouw én onze ambities. Je krijgt de ruimte om mede te bepalen wat het beste bij je past en neemt zelf het initiatief om je persoonlijke groei richting te geven. Per september zul je samen met vijf andere trainees aan dit avontuur beginnen, ieder in hun eigen werkgebied.

Tijdens dit tweejarige programma krijg je de kans om je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en direct toe te passen in de praktijk. Je vervult verschillende functies binnen het SHEQ vakgebied en werkt nauw samen met onze ervaren professionals. Vanaf dag één heb je een volwaardige functie met bijbehorende verantwoordelijkheden.

Jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling
Bij Renewi staat jouw persoonlijke groei centraal. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar krijgt ook begeleiding van ervaren collega's. We verwachten dat je proactief werkt aan jouw persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling. Je toont initiatief, bent kritisch en hebt een ondernemende instelling. Na het afronden van jouw traineeship bekijken we waar jouw krachten en ambities liggen en waar je het beste binnen de organisatie tot je recht komt.

Jouw profiel

Je hebt minimaal een HBO-opleiding afgerond in de richting van Milieukunde, Veiligheidskunde, of een vergelijkbare studie. We staan ook open voor sollicitanten met een andere studieachtergrond indien jouw interesse hier ligt. Nieuwsgierig en flexibel: Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van verandering en nieuwe uitdagingen. Stilzitten is niets voor jou Hands-on mentaliteit: Problemen oplossen, aanpakken en resultaat zien, dat is jouw ding. Proactief en communicatief: Je wacht niet af, maar neemt initiatief en durft je ideeën te delen. Je beheerst niet alleen de Nederlandse, maar ook de Engelse taal, uitstekend in woord en geschrift. Beschikbaar om in september te starten.

Wat bieden wij jou?
Je start jouw traineeship in september 2024 en na twee jaar heb je de mogelijkheid om door te stromen naar een QHSE-positie binnen Renewi. Daarnaast bieden wij:

Een bruto salaris van €3.150,05 per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. Een laptop, mobiel én een leaseauto van de zaak. Minimaal 27,5 vakantiedagen. Toegang tot 1001 online trainingen: van Agile Managen, Social Media Marketing tot Business English, waarbij je zelf kan bepalen wanneer, wat en hoe je leert. Leuke collega’s die dagelijks een bijdrage leveren aan een schonere wereld. Een uitdagende werkomgeving met veel ruimte en vrijheid, die volop in beweging is waar je jezelf gegarandeerd verder kan ontwikkelen.

Selectieprocedure
De selectieprocedure bestaat uit twee rondes en een online assessment. We kijken vooral naar jouw motivatie om in aanmerking te komen als SHEQ Trainee bij Renewi. De procedure ziet er als volgt uit:

Bij een positieve evaluatie ontvang je een uitnodiging voor de eerste gespreksronde. Deze zal plaatsvinden op 13, 14, 17 of 18 juni. Indien het eerste gesprek goed verloopt, volgt er een online assessment in de week van 24 juni. De tweede gesprekken vinden plaats met directe collega’s in de eerste week van juli. Is er een match?
