Job Description: Scrum Master/Agile Coach
Our team is looking for an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join us The Login team is the gateway to every customer user journey. As a Scrum Master in the Login team, you will be working to ensure that the Login team is performing at the highest level. We are looking for someone who uses KPIs and a data-driven approach to ensure happy and productive engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitation:
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure productive and effective Scrum ceremonies.Coaching:
Guide the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles. Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement. Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and maintaining a clear product vision.Impediment Removal:
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress. Shield the team from external interferences and distractions.Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment. Encourage open communication within the team and with stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration between team members and departments.Continuous Improvement:
Track and communicate team metrics and progress. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Promote an environment of continuous learning and adaptation. Track and use KPIs to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive change within the team.Support Agile Transformation:
Advocate for Agile methodologies and support the organization’s Agile transformation efforts. Provide training and workshops on Agile practices as needed.Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Fluency in written and spoken English. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills. Experience with Agile project management tools (, JIRA).Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in software development or IT project management. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Competencies:
