For our ever-evolving HR team in the Netherlands , we are currently looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Service Center in Tilburg . Next to your daily responsibilities as an HR Administrator, you will be part of several exciting projects that will contribute to the optimization of our HR Shared Service Center workflows. Your Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Administrator you are part of DP World's HR Shared Service Center Team in Tilburg and the first point of contact for (new) employees regarding any HR-related matters and responsible for all HR administration and associated processes.
In addition, you main responsibilities include:
Checking and processing personnel changes regarding inflow, throughflow and outflow of employees; Taking care of all checks in the system and HR correspondence; Answer questions regarding employment conditions, legislation, policies & regulations and our HR systems; Requesting and processing Purchase Orders; Provide advice on DP World's HR policies and procedures; Ensuring that our HR information systems (AFAS, Kronos (time registration) and personnel files are kept up to date; Providing HR reports and optimizing HR processes; Contributing to accurate consolidation and checks of the monthly payroll administration.Your Background:
You have completed a vocational degree, preferably in the field of HR or Administration; You bring 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an supporting HR position with a focus on HR or Payroll administration; Excellent proficiency (spoken & written) in both Dutch and English language is a must; Experience with AFAS, payroll administration or UWV (absenteeism administration) is required, affinity with HR Information systems is therefore desired; You are service-oriented with a decent level of accuracy and flexibility; You are at least 32-40 hours per week available; You are based & authorized to work in the Netherlands with the ability to work onsite at our Tilburg office - working from home is possible for 1 day per week.
