Functieomschrijving
TheFinancial Controller oversees the financial statements,ensuring accurate reporting and analysis. This role involvescoordinating with various stakeholders, including BG accountmanagers, financial control teams, Financial Shared Services,auditors, and business partners.

Finance Actuals and Closing:
  • Ensure accurate delivery and execution offinance actuals, closing, and reporting.
  • Perform P&L sanity checks and varianceanalysis.
  • Maintain integrity of financialstatements and management reports.
  • Monitor andreconcile balance sheets.
  • Oversee thefinancial closing process and lead pre-close meetings.
Analysis, Budgeting, andForecasting:
  • Assist in settingup budget and forecast cycles.
  • Upload and lockbudget and RAF data.
FinanceReporting:
  • Provide reports forprovisions and accruals.
  • Support managementreporting and ensure data integrity.
Internal Control and Auditing:
  • Ensure compliance with the internal controls.
  • Monitor and follow up on internal controlframeworks and audit findings.
  • Act as the maincontact for internal and external audits.

Functie-eisen
  • A (post) Bachelor's or Master’s Degree inAccounting/Financial Controlling, and/or licensed certified publicaccountant;
  • More than 4 years of experience inAccounting/Controlling;
  • Knowledge andexperience in a Shared Service environment;
  • In-depth understanding of Finance andAccounting processes;
  • Extensive knowledge andunderstanding of ERP systems (SAP R/3);
  • Fluency in English and French.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Salary of €4,000 to €4,500 gross permonth;
  • 25 vacation days;
  • 8% vacation pay;
  • Anassignment for six months, with the possibility of extension;
  • You will be working at a large company withmany opportunities for advancement;
  • Hybridworking, working 2 to 3 days at the office.
