For the TEV+ (Top End Vehicle) team at theMercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center we are looking for a newcustomer service representative The TEV+ department at Mercedessupports top end vehicles such as EQE, EQS, S-Class, SL, GLS andG-Class.

  • Prior experiencein a customer service or similar role (preferably in a contractcenter environment);
  • Good technicalunderstanding and affinity;
  • Pro-active attitudeand troubleshooting mindset;
  • Empathic,maintaining relationships and seeking for customersatisfaction;
  • Taking decisions and creatingsolutions when facing complexcases/situations;
  • Ability to work independentlyas well as collaboratively within ateam;
  • Thinking ‘out of the box’ and an ‘alwaysfinding a solution’ attitude;
  • Open to relocateto the area of Maastricht, The Netherlands (ifneeded).
what will youdo

You will steer, monitor, andescalate cases of a specific customer group. With yourpro-active
attitude, you handle roadside assistance andworkshop visits and actively coordinate
escalation inorder to reduce the downtime of the vehicles in scope (while in theworkshop or
on roadside) to an absolute minimum.

You support or resolve customer inquiries,complaints or incidents, in accordance with the
policies, procedures and targets. You provide the customerwith the best long-term
satisfaction possible in atimely, effective, and accurate manner. You will handleinbound
calls, emails and case follow ups while managingyour existing customer queries in
accordance with TheMercedes-Benz Way.

  • Steer, monitor, andescalate cases of a specific customergroup;
  • Support or resolve customer inquiries,complaints or incidents;
  • Handle inbound calls,emails and case follow ups;
  • Support operationsand workshops to ensure that the parts delivery is organized byfastest means possible
  • Communicate with variousdepartments to guarantee that every procedure runs efficiently inorder to maximize the quality of the customerexperience
