The Multi Division Finance Controller is responsible for KPI tracking and deploying tools for business analysis. You will contribute to improve business performance by providing insight from data analysis. 

Your responsibilities:

Ensure month end closing is done on time in full via following Group guidelines and calendar for Multi Divisions. Streamline and automate monthly closing tasks to improve efficiency Lead the budget process of Selling General & Administrative expenses. Define Risks and Opportunities and ensure mitigation action plans are in place. Analyze actual vs budget performance Manage reporting calendar preparation and follow up via strongly collaborating with Finance stakeholders Create sustainable/insightful analyze tools for big data management of Multi Division P&L Prepare management presentation decks and analyses (routine/adhoc) to facilitate business reviews with insightful comments Track and improve operational excellence KPIs (like Pay On Time, Reporting Quality, …) for Multi Divisonal Finance organization Application Owner: support in optimization of group tools (MyMarket, BPM, Sharepoint, etc)

Are you our ideal candidate?

Masters's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (Microsoft office, Power BI is essential for this role. Knowledge of SQL, Python and SAP would be a plus) + years of experience with relevant field
