As a Solutions Engineer at Tjoapack, you will be part of our dynamic, fast-paced, and ambitious Solutions Team within the Customer Success department and report to the Product Specifications & Solutions Manager. The Customer Success department within Tjoapack is responsible centrally for the management of Customer Success and suppliers. The Solutions team is responsible for managing technical solutions, supplier relations, component specifications and commercial proposals. You will operate out of our HQ in Netherlands and support our global business.

Your responsibilities include
As a Solutions Engineer at Tjoapack, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of our technical packaging solutions. Your responsibilities will span across various critical areas, allowing you to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Below are the responsibilities include:

Technical Support:
Assist in the design and specification of new packaging solutions.
Provide technical expertise during development and testing phases.
Translate solutions into detailed quotations and contribute to financial reviews.Project Support:
Engage in project planning and execution to ensure technical deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
Maintain project documentation and fulfill reporting requirements. Compliance and Testing:
Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Conduct testing and validation to confirm solution efficacy and safety. Stakeholder Communication:
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align technical requirements and feedback.
Assist the Solutions Manager in updating and communicating with stakeholders.

Place within the organization
Tjoapack provides specialist packaging and support services to pharmaceutical companies across the globe. This role requires a professional with a technical mind & with an aptitude for commercial awareness. We continually strive to remain pioneers in our industry; hence you will work with & learn from highly educated and driven colleagues. You’ll become part of the Solutions team within the Customer Success department and will report to the Product Specifications & Solutions Manager. Your role will involve working with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization.

Your background, qualification and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Demonstrable experience with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis.Experience with cGMP/cGDP preferred.Full professional proficiency in English required.Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel required. Design skills such as AutoCAD preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.Skilled in continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Sigma knowledge preferred.
