Dit ga je doen

Als Area Field Manager (AFM) bij Brandwise speel je een cruciale rol in het succes van onze Retail klanten. Samen met jouw team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de optimale activatie en merchandising van onze A-merkproducten in de winkels binnen jouw rayon.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel de winkels als onze merchandisers en promotiemedewerkers in jouw rayon.
  • Je leidt en coacht jouw team om de beste resultaten te behalen.
  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert succesvolle activatie- en merchandisingplannen.
  • Je helpt de winkels om extra omzet te realiseren door middel van het in- en verkopen van displays of promoties.
  • Je rapporteert over de resultaten en bewaakt de voortgang van projecten.
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties met zowel de winkels als onze interne teams

Je bent een geboren leidinggevende en met jouw enthousiasme en positieve energie weet je zowel de medewerkers als de winkels in jouw rayon te motiveren om resultaten te behalen. Het geven en ontvangen van feedback zie je als vanzelfsprekend en je kunt hier op een juiste manier mee omgaan. Daarnaast denk je oplossingsgericht en weet je het overzicht te behouden wanneer er meerdere acties tegelijkertijd lopen. Je bent de spil tussen het kantoor en het veld, waarbij het cruciaal is dat je belangen goed tegen elkaar kunt afwegen.

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring in de supermarktbranche.
  • Commerciële vaardigheden en een resultaatgerichte instelling.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Flexibele instelling en bereidheid om twee keer per maand op zaterdag te werken.

Dit kun je van ons verwachten
  • Een uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Een salaris van € 3.300,- bruto per maand (40 uur per week).
  • 28 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime aanstelling en de mogelijkheid om jaarlijks extra dagen bij te kopen.
