We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR professionals and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, working with a digital hat on.
Your primary focus will be on leveraging Power Automate to streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance efficiency within our HR department.

What you'll be doing day to day

Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas where automation can improve workflows.
Design, develop, and implement Power Automate flows to automate manual processes such as employee onboarding, leave requests, and data entry.
Create and maintain documentation for Power Automate processes, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
Support HR projects related to administration from a Digital perspective.
Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance overall HR operations.
Knowledge transfer of the generated automations to the organization.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Digital automations, or a related field.
Strong interest in process automation and technology.
Solid knowledge of Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow) is a must.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Process-oriented and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
