Exam Invigilator

Our Examinations Office is looking for assistance to ensure the smooth running of the Senior School (internal/external) examinations.

The Winter examinations run for two weeks in mid-January. The Summer examinations take place from mid-April and continue to the end of June. Candidates must be able to commit to full days or part days (morning/afternoon) and be flexible during these two important examination periods.

Ensure that candidates are issued with the correct examination papers;
Ensure that the exams are carried out according to the relevant regulatory requirements;

Ensure that candidates conform to examination requirements;

Actively invigilate throughout the exams.

Well organised, patient and punctual candidates who are able to work both independently and as part of a team; Candidates with accuracy, attention to detail and good IT skills; The ability to keep calm under pressure and to stand for long periods of time; Previous experience of working as an Exam Invigilator or in an educational setting; Candidates who are able to attend two training sessions (in January and March). Successful candidates will receive a zero-hour flex contract and a competitive hourly rate. There are also two mandatory training sessions, which will take place on Tuesday 9 January 4 (:-:) and Thursday March 4 (:-:).

As part of the recruitment process, there may be a Cammio (online) interview. Successful candidates will be invited to an in-person interview at the end of November 3.
