Food Safety Specialist

Als Food Safety Specialist sta je midden in de organisatie en heb je een centrale rol, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met je collega’s van de afdeling Food Safety/ Quality en Sustainability en de diverse disciplines in de Plant. Je bent in staat mensen in beweging te brengen en bewustwording over het belang van Food Safety te vergroten.
ResponsibilitiesDe volgende taken vallen onder je verantwoording:
Verantwoordelijk voor het verder vormgeven en implementeren van het voedselveiligheidsbeleid voor de locatie, gebaseerd op de HACCP-richtlijnen, FSSC22000 en company standaarden. Fungeren als expert op het gebied van voedselveiligheid issues en sturend optreden bij calamiteiten en vraagstukken. Identificeren van knelpunten en initiëren en coördineren van verbeteracties. Verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de gestelde eisen op het gebied van analyse, budgetten, wettelijke eisen en richtlijnen ten aanzien van voedselveiligheid. Optimaliseren en monitoren van het hygiëne- en schoonmaakplan, alsmede het opstellen van procedures en het begeleiden van externe schoonmaak activiteiten, die veelal in het weekend plaatsvinden. Trainen en coachen van alle medewerkers, zodanig dat het kennisniveau en de werkprocessen worden geoptimaliseerd. Opstellen van een auditprogramma en begeleiden van zowel interne- als externe audits. QualificationsVoor alle functies is het van belang dat je past binnen PepsiCo. Je dient dan ook minimaal te beschikken over een gezonde prestatie gedrevenheid, goede communicatieve vaardigheden, flexibiliteit en een grote mate van zelfstandigheid.
Voor de bovenstaande functie dien de aan de onderstaande specificatie te voldoen:
HBO -niveau, richting Levensmiddelentechnologie. Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen de levensmiddelenindustrie. Actuele kennis van (internationale) kwaliteitssystemen en voedselveiligheidsrichtlijnen. Communiceert overtuigend, zowel op management- als uitvoerend niveau. In staat om veranderingsprocessen te initiëren en door te voeren. Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal. Je bent resultaatgericht, besluitvaardig en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit. Je bent vasthoudend, ondernemend en flexibel.Het betreft een fulltime dienstverband.
Een Assessment Center kan deel uitmaken van de procedure.
