Worklife as a Client Solution Consultant at Kinesso (formerly known as bGenius):
You kickstart your day by checking for any questions from current users regarding our solutions. You address the straightforward questions and set aside the more complex ones for the team meeting at ten. In this meeting you address the questions and under guidance from your manager you see how you can enhance the adoption of our products across other IPG Mediabrands agencies.
As you become adept at providing support and nurturing relationships with existing clients and users, you evolve into the go-to person for giving new demos for end-users. You keep up to date with current Search, Social & Display platforms and how they are developing. Keeping this in mind you actively track user feedback and relay valuable information to our product managers, facilitating continuous improvement of our products.
After a year of support and client and user engagement, you start pitching our comprehensive end-to-end solution to Heads of Digital Marketing, CEOs, and other key stakeholders from across the globe and with brands that have a worldwide presence. You emerge as a trusted ally to your manager, actively contributing to the overarching goal of achieving global adoption within IPG and beyond.
Your role:
You provide support to multiple clients and users from the marketing world. We are known for our solutions in Search advertising, Social advertising and Programmatic advertising. And we also have a DCO solution in our product portfolio. These subjects become part of your core knowledge and you can translate the complexity of our solutions to a sales pitch to (up)sell our end-to-end solution. The people you talk to can be local SEO/SEA Consultants, Marketing Managers and later Heads of Search or Social from all over the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing support to our current clients and users. Simplifying complex (technical) solutions to easy-to-understand information for the end-users. Actively gathering user feedback to provide feedback for and collaborating closely with the Product Managers to enhance our solutions. A bonus if you possess knowledge of the marketing world, but a willingness to learn is equally valued.Preferred Skills:
You are proactive and comfortable with giving presentations. Thrive on helping users and colleagues adopt our solutions and get energized by facilitating their success. Some experience or interest in promoting new solutions to current clients and users. A dedicated team player, constantly seeking opportunities to support and improve current solutions alongside your team. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working, advantageous for the role but not mandatory.What we offer:
