RMA service administrator

It's essential to note that this position does not include housing, and having your own transportation to commute to Den Bosch is required.

• Salary €2400-2500 gross per month
• Possibility to receive a permanent contract
• Travel allowance of € 0.21 per km
• Fulltime job from 09:00 - 17:30
• Pension starting from day one

Supermicro is looking for a RMA Service Administrator who can work closely with all related departments.
Also need to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly.

• Vocational school certificate or college degree required
• Education Level: minimum MBO level 4
• Working experience: 1-3 years
• English proficiency: Good
• Mathematics skills: Good
• Reasoning ability: Very good

First priority: pack and ship items (example: MBD, AOC, PWS).
Second priority: pack and ship out servers (OEM).
Provide support to team members when needed. (example: arranging pickups, and support receiving)

• Pack and ship the repaired/replaced products (ex. Motherboard, Power supply, CPU, Memory, server etc)
•  Issue a commercial Invoice for the shipments to countries outside of EU.
• Issue Shipping label for picking up
• Provide support to team members when needed(ex. Assist with receiving items arriving for repair/relace/return)
•  Organizing and managing packing materials.
