Join us in shaping the future of home design.At Planner 5D we are building a team of analysts and data scientists to cover our constantly growing needs. We are looking for people who can understand our product's needs and translate them to measurable data, and maintain reporting infrastructure. You will be at the core of decisions having an extreme impact on evaluating products.  Our tool stack: Google Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau, BigQuery, MariaDB, Firebase, Google Analytics 4, Growth Book, Apache airflow, DBT, Python , Google Colab/jupyter notebooks

You will (responsibilities):

Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends Develop understanding of Planner 5D products to meet the current and future business needs Develop, support and improve existing BI infrastructure Own and improve the company's data mapping (events, parameters, etc.) Analyze complex data sets using advanced analytics tools and techniques, identifying trends and patterns that can inform business decisions and metrics to improve company products continually Analyze A/B tests and user’s journey In other words, you will be on constant lookout for what is going on with our products in terms of the data

Background Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics At least 4 years of previous product analysis experience Strong knowledge of analytical software for web and mobile products - Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Devtodev, etc. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio Proficient in database software, hands-on with Big Query, strong SQL knowledge Strong communication skills: translate data into insightful information Analytical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets Experience with B2C cross-platform products Experience with Data Lake/Data Warehouse The ability to adapt to change - we grow fast What we offer: - Great work environment that balances freedom and responsibility.- Our team is made up of friendly and passionate enthusiasts who are eager to help and share their knowledge. - We believe in work-life balance, so you'll receive around 30+ days of paid holidays per year. - Company computer equipment by request.- Education courses for our team members, and we're willing to allocate funds toward your training expenses. - English classes on our corporate platform. - Offline company events in Lithuania and online team-building.- Unlimited free Planner5D subscriptions*Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship for non-EU residents.
