Ben jij een gepassioneerde Beauty Advisor die voor een internationaal luxueus cosmetica brand wilt werken dat een gloednieuwe boetiek opent in het centrum van Amsterdam? Als Beauty Advisor ben je een ambassadeur van het merk met een oprechte passie voor cosmetica. Met jouw magnetische charme en kennis adviseer je moeiteloos klanten en bied je op maat gemaakte ervaringen die de verwachtingen van de klant overtreffen. Jouw missie en verantwoordelijkheden zijn als volgt:

  • Klanten verwelkomen, adviseren en een uitstekende gepersonaliseerde ervaring bieden;
  • Sales doelen behalen door klantloyaliteit te ontwikkelen;
  • Merchandise richtlijnen volgen en de boetiek op een hoogwaardig niveau behouden conform de gestelde normen;
  • Flash gezichts- en beauty behandelingen geven;
  • Ambassadeur zijn van het merk, visie en waarden uitdragen, en op professionele wijze vragen beantwoorden.

 

 

  • In het bezit van een diploma als schoonheidsspecialist(e) en ervaring in klant advies;
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en met een goede beheersing van het Engels;
  • Gedreven om doelen te bereiken, met een behulpzame en klantgerichte instelling;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, enthousiast en optimistisch;
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het geven van advies en het delen van je passie met een loyale en goed geïnformeerde klantenkring, waarin je uitblinkt in interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en een onberispelijke presentatie;
  • Woonachtig in of nabij Amsterdam en beschikbaar vanaf begin augustus;
  • Fulltime beschikbaar, parttime bespreekbaar.
