Wat ga je doen

Je gaat je bezighouden met administratie, met als hoofdtaak crediteuren. Crediteuren valt onder de shared services Finance NL. Je controleert, boekt en bereidt betalingen voor van facturen. Je zorgt dat de factuur bij de juiste persoon terecht komt binnen de organisatie en zorgt voor een correcte follow-up. Je adviseert en controleert. Kortom, jij zorgt dat het crediteurenproces gladjes verloopt.

We zitten midden in een overgang naar een nieuw factuurverwerkingssysteem (VIM). Dit gaat jouw werk straks vergemakkelijken. Het systeem moet voor een deel nog ingericht worden, huidige processen moeten onder de loep genomen worden, werkwijzen moeten aangepast worden en collega’s moeten getraind worden in het gebruik van het nieuwe systeem. Daar hebben we jouw hulp hard bij nodig Geen probleem, jij maakt dat systeem je eigen. Je vindt het dan ook leuk om mee te denken hoe het (nog) beter kan, je laat je horen en komt met verbetervoorstellen.

Dacht je dat we er al waren? Dan heb je het mis. Je pakt ook andere administratieve werkzaamheden op zoals ondersteunen bij de maandafsluiting, het voorbereiden en indienen van de BTW-aangiftes, het inboeken en beheren van de vaste activa module in SAP en het maandelijks afstemmen van debiteuren en crediteuren posities binnen DEKRA wereldwijd.

Jij brengt mee

Je hebt een afgeronde hbo opleiding richting Finance;

Je bent toe aan je eerste of volgende stap in je carrière;

Jouw leergierigheid zorgt ervoor dat je snel werkzaamheden eigen maakt;

Je hebt het graag druk en bloeit op in een drukke en dynamische omgeving;

Je bent communicatief en niet bang om informatie op te gaan halen in de organisatie;

Je bent nauwkeurig en gaat secuur te werk;

Je denkt mee in hoe zaken beter kunnen in het proces en bent niet bang om verbetervoorstellen te doen;

We zijn een internationaal bedrijf en daarom beheers je de Engelse taal goed.
