What will you do?

As a Sales Support employee, you play a pivotal role in supporting our Account Managers. Your responsibilities include generating quotations, managing order confirmations, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our CRM system. You’ll be the first line of contact, addressing inquiries from both customers and colleagues via email and phone.

Primary Responsibilities

Handling administrative aspects of customer orders, liaising with production and logistics internally. Managing inquiries and sales orders using our systems. Creating quotations and proposals. Engaging with customers and colleagues regarding requests, deliveries, stock, samples, and product information. Overseeing order progress to ensure customer satisfaction.

Who Are You?

Proficient in Dutch; basic understanding of English. Strong administrative skills with acute attention to detail. Organized, capable of maintaining composure during demanding situations. Proactive in contributing new ideas and initiatives. Available for a minimum of 32 hours a week. Positivity and high energy are your defining traits. A healthy sense of humor, fostering a vibrant office atmosphere
