Job descriptionFor a company in the food industry, region Roosendaal, we are looking for a: Fault mechanic (2 shifts).

Where will you work:
Our client is an international production company. It is a company with multiple production locations that highly value development and quality.

As a Fault Fitter, the profile is as follows:
  • You are part of the Technical Service department and you work in shifts;
  • You work in a team on the maintenance of machines and installations,
  • You pay attention to safety, quality and quantity in accordance with the requirements set;
  • You are familiar with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and control components;
  • However, the emphasis is on the mechanical engineering field;
  • Sometimes it is necessary to switch quickly to solve a malfunction, but also the longer term must not be overlooked;
  • You mainly perform breakdown work, but also provide overhauls and other maintenance tasks for the installations and machines;
  • You make improvement proposals;
  • Possible experience with LEAN and contributes to the department.

 

Job requirementsAs a Fault Mechanic you recognize yourself in the following:
  • A completed education at MBO level towards Mechanical Engineering:
  • Supplemented with sufficient knowledge of electrical and control technology;
  • You have relevant work experience;
  • Experience in the food industry is an advantage;
  • You are a communicative, independent and flexible team player;
  • You know how to handle it;
  • You dare to take responsibility and you can withstand time pressure;
  • You have no objection to working in a five-shift system;
  • You are willing to participate in the consignment timetable up to 5 times a year.
