We are currently seeking a Management Assistant Intern to join our team at DCSA. As a Management Assistant Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure in supporting various departments and teams within our organization. This internship is designed to offer valuable learning opportunities and help develop key skills that are essential for a successful career in management and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the master of correspondence: emails, letters, and more
  • Keep our files and documents in tip-top shape
  • Schedule meetings and appointments like a pro
  • Show off your data entry and database management skills
  • Assist with various office management tasks that keep our team running smoothly

Duration: 3-6 months

Hours: 32 hours per week

Requirements

Education: Dive into your relevant coursework or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field

  • Skills:
    • Rock your proficiency in MS Office
    • Showcase your stellar organizational skills
    • Wow us with your communication skills

  • Experience: Previous experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
  • Languages:
    • Fluent in English
    • Dutch speakers get extra points
