We are looking for a Front Office Manager with a passion for Food & Beverage to join our team In this unique dual role, you will lead our Front Office operations while also managing a small but vibrant Food & Beverage department.

RESPONSIBILITIES :  

Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and coordination of reservations. Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan, and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance. Ensure staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment to carry out their duties.  Ensure that your team are developed to provide a hospitable service in line with the operating standards and procedures/brand standards. Develop your team to anticipate guest needs, act upon and follow up guest requests and deliver a level of service and responsiveness that generates guest satisfaction. Oversee the operations of the food & beverage department, including breakfast areas and bar area. Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, all in compliance with HACCP regulations and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Have a full understanding of all systems and programmes e.g. OPERA (FO) & Micros (FO/F&B) Maintain a strong presence in both the Front Office and Food & Beverage areas to interact with guests and staff.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU :

Minimum 2-year previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role Good knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Problem solving ability and stress resistance. Proactive attitude and team spirit Passion for hospitality and service Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment. A good working knowledge of OPERA (FO) & Micros (FO/F&B) is desired.
