Dit is een toonaangevend productiebedrijf met producten voor diverse branches. De efficiëntie van de kwaliteitsmetingen & automatisering zijn van het hoogste niveau en dat zie je terug in de hypermoderne fabriek. Door middel van verschillende robotica toepassingen wordt er op technologisch vlak in grote snelheid geproduceerd zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen. Als Quality Engineer maak je deel uit van de afdeling quality control. De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscontrole van nieuwe processen.


Er wordt hier veel geïnvesteerd in kennis van de eigen medewerkers en ontwikkeling staat daarin centraal. Deze ontwikkeling wordt ook doorgevoerd in de technieken die worden toegepast en bij het verbeteren van verschillende bedrijfsprocessen. Functie-inhoud:
  • Als Quality Engineer ga je enthousiast aan de slag met de kwaliteitsborging tijdens de gehele productontwikkeling.
  • Je bent proactief bezig met het voorkomen van kwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Je volgt de ontwikkeling, dwars door de product vrijgave, productiestart, serieproductie en nazorg en je bent in het gehele proces scherp op het waarborgen van de product kwaliteit.
  • Als Quality Engineer werk je vaak multidisciplinair samen met andere afdelingen en teams, waarbij je de kwaliteitsverbetering nooit uit het oog verliest.
Functie-eisen:
  • Het belangrijkste is dat jij een proactieve mindset hebt en verantwoordelijkheden niet uit de weg gaat.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met de meest gangbare kwaliteitssystemen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk onderlegd en bent kent je weg in een technische omgeving.
  • Als Quality Engineer ben je gestructureerd en in staat verbeteringen te borgen in het management systeem.
  • Je bent pragmatisch en daadkrachtig en je voelt je thuis in een flexibele werkomgeving waar geen dat het zelfde is.
Wij bieden:
  • Je krijgt bij ons als Quality Engineer een basissalaris tussen de €3.439 en €5.339 bruto per maand.
  • Als Quality Engineer ontvang je 25 vakantiedagen, 104 uur ADV en 8% vakantiegeld.
  • Je krijgt de kans om je door te ontwikkelen in een verantwoordelijke, afwisselende functie met volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief.
