Customer Service Representative

DP World is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative , baqsed at our location in Pernis, Rotterdam area . You are responsible for delivering the best possible service to our DP World customers. You take care of the order processing from A to Z and handle all customers' questions.
About the role
How you will contribute
Handling of the customers’ requests Booking transport orders Subcontractors management Communication with the WH & Customs department Costs calculatations Costs registration in the system Handling ADR/ IMO documentation Problem solving Working together with colleagues; You will work within team of 10 CSR’s, you will work alongside WH & Customs teams, you will communicate and partner with all branches of DP Word.What you will bring
MBO 4/HBO graduated in Logistics ( all modalities) Language Dutch and English Minimum 3 years in comparable function in leading Logistics Provider World wide Compensation
