Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Senior Category buyer Warehousing/equipment bij Bleckmann maak je deel uit van het dynamische Procurement team, en ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het structureren van inkoopprocessen en het selecteren van de juiste leveranciers om de groei van Bleckmann te faciliteren. De rol heeft een mobiel karakter en vindt plaats op verschillende locaties binnen de organisatie.

In deze rol ben je de drijvende kracht achter het ontwikkelen en implementeren van procurement strategieën voor de aan jouw toegewezen spend categorieën waaronder   MHE, Warehousing Equipment, Installations en new capital investments.

Dit omvat het initiëren, vormgeven, leiden en succesvol afronden van tendertrajecten. De hieruit voortvloeiende activiteiten, waaronder een gestructureerde implementatie, een proactief leveranciersmanagement en financiële (spend) reporting behoren tot deze rol.

Je dagelijkse activiteiten zijn gericht op:

Het ontwikkelen van categorie strategieën: Creëert de juiste strategie voor jouw toegewezen categorie.

Stelt voor eigen categorie een actief inkoopplan op (1-2 jaar) bestaande uit besparingsinitiatieven en procesvernieuwingen;

Signaleert en houdt relevante marktontwikkelingen bij en initieert eventuele nieuwe initiatieven vanuit deze marktontwikkelingen; Verschaf inzicht in de prestaties van Procurement en jouw categorie door gebruik te maken van vooraf bepaalde KPI's en dashboards. Levert rapportages en management informatie aan Onderhoudt en verbetert relaties met leveranciers door een proactieve benadering. Voert leveranciersbeoordelingen uit van de aangewezen leveranciers; Tendertrajecten: Initieert en leidt tenders binnen de subcategorie en overziet het proces van begin tot eind, inclusief de succesvolle implementatie. Stelt in samenwerking met Legal het contract op conform de ethische code van inkopers, conform de formats en terms and conditions van de organisatie Analyseert en daagt interne stakeholders uit omtrent functionele en technische specificaties; Stelt daar waar nodig SLA’s op in samenspraak met het tenderteam; Onderhandelt met leveranciers over prijsstellingen en inkoopafspraken ten aanzien van uit te voeren diensten en of producten; Realiseert en waarborgt de kwaliteit en TCO in bestaande contracten (Opex en Capex) Bijdragen aan Professionele Procurement organisatie Zorgt dat Bleckmann het juiste beleid en de juiste processen volgt, zodat de door jouw afgesloten contracten volledige uitgenut worden; Een actieve rol in het vormgeven van het Source to Pay proces, waaronder het bepalen van de juiste buying channels (Punch out Catalogues, E-Catalogus, pre-defined order formats) en het verhogen van de Contract Compliancy en gebruik van inkooporders Initieert en implementeert MVO keteninitiatieven; Onderhoudt en verbetert relaties met leveranciers door een proactieve benadering door middel van Supplier Relationship Management en Supplier Risk Management.. Voert leveranciersbeoordelingen uit van de aangewezen leveranciers; Samenwerking als Business partner: Positioneert jezelf als de gewaardeerde business partner voor contracteigenaren en afdelingsmanagers. Participeert met interne stakeholders (multidisciplinair) voor nieuwe en bestaande categorieën/contracten; Werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Operations en Support afdelingen om de synergie te maximaliseren. Coachend en begeleidt collega's om voortdurend verbeteringen op vlak van Procurement te stimuleren.

Profiel:

Je bent een ervaren professional met bewezen resultaten in planmatig en gestructureerd werken, opstellen en beoordelen van tenders & financiële analyses, Procurement rapportages en onderhandelingen met leveranciers. Je zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collega’s op de verschillende locaties en de overige functionele support afdelingen Gericht op (financieel) resultaat met aandacht voor plezier in het werk en teaminspanning. Affiniteit met activiteiten in Warehousing, Transport & Logistiek, E-commerce Relevante HBO/WO-opleiding (NL) of Bachelor degree (BE) Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen procurement met ervaring in de categorie Warehousing/equipment; Kennis en ervaring met Projectmanagement; Kennis en ervaring met ERP, specifiek op vlak van Procurement (bijv. Source to pay systemen, E-buying, SRM). Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; Duitse taal is een pre.
