It has been 50 years since the first establishment of  Kubota Europe  in France. Over the last decades, the Kubota Corporation has shown a significant growth in the European region; particularly through the acquisition of the Norwegian agricultural implements manufacturer Kverneland Group. The European organization consists of 10 production plants and various distribution, service and sales units that offer tractors, construction machinery, industrial engines, agricultural machinery, multi-purpose vehicles and lawn care machines. Kubota in the European region is a large, international and complex organization existing of over 50 legal subsidiaries with around 5,000 employees and a revenue of €2.6 billion. Kubota Europe (KHE) Group Finance  is the finance function in the European region headquarter and includes the following departments: Tax & Legal, Financing & Treasury, Financial Reporting, Non-Financial Reporting, Compliance and Internal Audit. The Kubota Europe Group Finance function is responsible for all financial topics on Kubota Europe level and KHE Finance headquarter is at Klepp, Norway, but we are a virtual organization with employees also in Germany, France and the Netherlands.

KHE Group Financial Reporting department  is strengthening the team and seeking a highly motivated and experienced  Consolidation & Reporting Application Specialist  to join our dynamic team. If you have passion for finance and technology, and a keen eye for details, we want to hear from you. Kubota in Europe utilizes consolidation system for financial and non-financial reporting. Our consolidation system is a powerful corporate performance management (CPM) software solution, handling complex financial processes providing comprehensive insight into the organization’s financial health. This position will play an important role in utilizing systems to ensure accurate reporting giving stakeholders insight and meeting requirements, in an international environment. The role will preferably be located at our  Kverneland premises in Klepp, Norway or at the European region headquarter in Nieuw-Vennep, Netherlands.

Main areas of responsibility:

Manage and maintain the financial consolidation system and improve the utilization continuously Assist / test system upgrades, implementations and configuration changes Provide training and support on consolidation systems Understand the requirement and need from our stakeholders, and build reporting packages for our subsidiaries by utilizing systems Ensure seamless interaction between subsystems (ERP etc.) and our consolidation system Ensure efficient, effective and reliable extraction of financial data from our systems Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards Support the preparation of consolidated financial reporting and management reports Support budget and forecast preparation Support and initiate digitalization and automation of processes

Education and personal requirements:

Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or related field Experienced in accounting or corporate accounting 3+ years of experience with finance consolidation systems, preferable Tagetik Preferable experience with ERP system, specifically SAP Experience from using tools for increased digitalization and automation Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and principles Good business understanding and focus on improvements Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Solution-orientated and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Independent, self-motivated and proactive Confident and experienced in communication in English
