Je zult werkzaam zijn als expert in de onderstaande domeinen van Project Control & Accounting:
Facturatie en automatisering: het aansturen van het facturatieproces en het beperken van de werkkapitaalposities voor projecten binnen je portfolio, waarbij je voortdurend streeft naar procesverbeteringen en automatisering van facturatie. Daarnaast leer je de verschillende elementen kennen van het facturatieproces: belastingen, intercompany transacties etc. Business control voor Basic projecten (projecten tot +/- 100k EUR): zoals het ondersteunen bij het verwerken van projectbudgetten en forecasts, het checken van contractdocumentatie en het beoordelen van onderhanden werk posities met behulp van Project Alert Dashboards en financiële overzichten Finance Business partnering: het onderhouden van gezonde werkrelaties met Projectmanagers voor Basic projecten: neem een proactieve rol bij het benaderen en ondersteunen van Projectmanagers op het gebied van facturatie, Project Control & compliance Project monitoring & reporting: het gebruiken van onze ERP-systemen (Agresso Business World) en rapportagetools om financiële performance van projecten te beoordelen (PowerBI) Procedures & compliance: je speelt een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze projectadministratie en interne controles (bv op contract documentatie en facturatie).Je krijgt de kans om voor meerdere Business Lines binnen het bedrijf te werken: Industry & Buildings, Water & Maritime, Mobility & Infrastructure en Digital.
Je komt te werken in een enthousiast team met finance professionals en krijgt on the job training, coaching, ondersteuning van je collega’s en maakt impact met jouw kennis en ervaring. Je wordt gecoached door de Business Unit Controller, die je helpt in je ontwikkeling als Finance professional en je verbindt met ons brede interne netwerk van Finance professionals. Daarbij zijn er mogelijkheden tot verbreding in je rol: naast de Business control afdelingen kun je je verbreden in Financial Control, zoals Accounts Payable & Receivable, General ledger, Cost Control, Proces automation, Treasury en Analytics.

Een MBO- opleiding of Associate degree in Finance, Business Administration & Control of gerelateerd vakgebied Relevante werkervaring is een pré (2-3 jaar) Digitale vaardigheden (je pikt nieuwe systemen en processen snel op). Basiskennis van gerelateerde disciplines (facturering, automatisering en ERP/ boekhoudsystemen). Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Engels is een pluspunt
